I saw this bus in a driveway with this quote neatly painted on the side. The owner saw me snap the picture and came over to chat. I was told that her daughter and son-in-law were converting the school bus into a camper to act as their accommodation for the summer travel plans. I think the couple used the phrase as their motivation for this project, and as their motto for the summer adventures they hoped were ahead.
Thanks for posting this. Candice. I feel this phrase could be the cue for the opening line of a poem. Perhaps with the subtitle of ‘Seize the moment’.

Please follow that cue! I look forward to reading that poem.

It’s in my notebook. But I can’t promise if and when I might follow it up. 😁

This reminds me of the phrase “There’s no time like the present.”
Why wait to make change, whether in the world or in yourself? We so often delay goals, waiting for the “right time”, “right opportunity”, or “right feeling.” Most/all of the time, there is no perfect and right!

You’re never too old for awesome! (Just not this kind of awesome. I have to admit, I’m a little too old to be travelling around in a converted school bus.)

Candice, I think you might like to look at this blog, https://yumplatok.wordpress.com It belongs to my quiet and retiring brother but there is a bit of Saskatoon involved. And a bit of God as well.

Very good statement! In my younger days I would have loved to go traveling around in a converted bus. 🙂

Thanks for sharing… while there may be circumstances that may put obstacles in ones path, one is never too old to go on an adventure, to set sail, leave safe harbors and explore the world… the problem is, sometimes it is difficult to take that step forward and set sail… 🙂
